Halloween

This year was Velocity's FIRST HALLOWEEN!! Although she couldn't really eat the candy or say "trick-or-treat" we decided to go out trick-or-treating anyways. A few months prior to Halloween we bought her a costume at Kid-to-Kid here in St. George. We chose out a lady bug costume.

Since Velocity couldn't really trick-or-treat we decided that we would help my mom with the three youngest and take them around too. We had planned to have my mom drive us around and then we would walk the neighborhood with the kids, and she would pick us up when we were done. We spent hours getting the kids ready to go, and when we finally got out of the house it was 5.. We decided to go to Grandma Alldredge's trunk-or-treat. We drove over to st. George and made a few stops before going to the church. We said hi to Great Grandma Alldredge and then stopped at Shalei and Jake's house to trick-or-treat there.

    

After Shalei and Jake's we went to the church, got the kids out of the car, and started trick-or-treating!!

Velocity grabbed one of her candies, a chocolate hersheys bar. She was chewing on it while
walking around at the trunk-or-treat and somehow go it open. I guess those
two little teeth aren't so useless after all! 

After trunk-or-treating we went and picked Jared "dad" up from the college and went trick-or-treating in a neighborhood near by. 

Jared was hungry and decided
to eat Velocity's 'healthy" candy.. 

We had some glow sticks..
Velocity wanted to play with them..

She then decided to try and eat them.
She wasn't very happy when dad tried
to take them away..

Velocity also kept trying to help herself to her candy..

Amber is living in Logan and didn't have the
opportunity to see the kids on Halloween so
we took a picture for her!  

After trunk-or-treating we headed over to Aunt Danettes house to see her AWESOME decorations. We make a special trip every halloween just to see her house!

After seeing Aunt Danette's house we went home and put Velocity to bed.. It had been a long night and she sure was a tired little girl, yet she still didn't sleep through the night... :/
