Time Sure Flies..

It's amazing how fast time gets away from you when you have two little toddlers running around the house.

Velocity is now almost 3 1/2 and is fully potty trained! She talks about everything and is learning her colors really well. While riding in the car she notices when the light turns red or green and has become our little backseat driver, telling us what color it is and and if we need to stop or go. She is still very shy, but is starting to branch out at activities and talk to other kids. Velocity is still a crazy eater and only eats when she "feels" like it. However, she loves our creamy crockpot chicken, carrots, celery, hotdogs, and rolls. And her favorite color is blue! One of Velocity's favorite activities is playing games on the tablet or phone, watching play doh on youtube, playing at the park, and going to home depot on saturday mornings to do the wood craft and paint.

Sarah is 20 months old and is into everything. She loves climbing and has NO fear. She is one of the happiest babies, as long as she gets food and a nap she is all smiles! Sarah loves eating and will eat basically anything, her favorites being string cheese, pasta of any sort, and grapes. Sarah is super into animals, especially dogs. She loves going over to grandma and grandpa Alldredge's house to play with "her puppy" Harley. She will climb all over Harley while we are there, smothering her with hugs and kisses. Sarah also has a little brown puppy that was Jared's when he was younger. She loves it and will hardly ever leave the house without it, and has to have it to sleep with. If we bring the dog into her after she hasn't seen in for about an hour she will through out her arms to grab it and give it a hug and kiss, will yell "puppy!" while giggling with excitement. Sarah loves grabbing blankets and wrapping them around her or her puppy.

Both girls LOVE Frozen. (No complaints here, mom and dad love it too ;))

Jared is still attending school full time. He is going for a bachelors in computer science and a minor in math. He has an estimated of two years left. He is also working 2 jobs on top of 14 credits at school. He works at a taxi distribution center, where he takes calls for taxis and will put it the order. Strangely he is taking calls from people in California and Tennessee so it gets kind of busy at work. He is also working at the hazy lab at the University. For this job he helps students with their computer science,VT, or IT homework. He also passes of their assignments.

I am  a stay at home mom. The girls keep mr very busy with cleaning, cooking, and reading books. I just got a new macbook pro. It's a 2011 that I scored for $200 cause the guy who was selling it was having problems with it and didn't know how to fix it. (The screen would go crazy and have a sort of matrix affect to it. It seemed to do this when running higher graphics programs like the adobe suites. We thought it sounded just like a graphics card problem so we googled to get an idea of the cost to fix it and found that Apple had a recall for this model because of the graphics card problem and so they were fixing it for free. We took it into a local apple store and they replaced the logic board for free!, and had it back to us in less than 48 hours!). I love the computer so far, and can't wait to start doing more stuff on it!

Sarah turns 1!

Sarah is now a whole year old. She is wearing 12-18 month clothes and fills them out nicely, although the pants do seem to be a little long on her legs at times. She is 20 pounds and 9 ounces and is 28 inches long. She has 11 teeth, including all 4 of her first molars. She cut her 11th tooth, the top right one that is next to the top middle two, on her birthday. She is finally sleeping better at night, took a week of making her cry it out though. She still loves food, especially meat! She is down to two nursing sessions during the day, one in the morning and one at night, and loves her sippy cup with milk. She can also drink out of a water bottle all by herself, as long as we don't leave it too full. She is walking all over the house, and climbing on everything. She is the master at pulling toys out of the toybox and leaving them all over the front room floor. She loves music and can't help but dance when music comes on. She hates having socks on and will purposely pull them off and throw them. She loves balls and has a great arm. She can be very stubborn, if you try giving her something that she doesn't want she will throw it across the room.
