Sarah 8 Months

Sarah is now 8 months old, it's crazy how fast time flies. She is just beginning to crawl and is enjoying being able to get from place to place, but still loves to be held. Food is her absolute favorite thing. It seems she is always eating. She is almost always smiling and is such a happy baby. She is starting to fight sleep at night, and is being a pain when it comes to bedtime (often times keeping us up till 1 or later). She still only has 2 teeth.

Food: Sarah will eat pretty much anything you put in front of her. She loves the baby oatmeal and will eat as much as she is offered. She puts up with the baby food but would much rather prefer to eat real food. She is getting really good at chewing.

Driving

My dad, mom, and Jared all had an elk tag on Panguitch Mountain this past week. We went up a day early so we could drive around and scout for the elk. While driving around Velocity got to sit on Jared's lap and help drive. She thought that she was driving and kept pushing Jared's hands off of the steering wheel, telling him that she was driving, not him.

Sarah's First Easter

Easter 2014 was Sarah's first Easter. She got a basket from the Easter Bunny. In her basket was a cute little outfit and a couple of toys.

We decided to do a little Easter photo shoot of her.

Easter Sunday

For Easter Sunday we went over to my (Tiffany's) parents house to spend the day. Before going over the girls got their Easter baskets. Velocity was super excited when she saw hers. She got a coloring book and a little bit of candy. Sarah got an outfit and a couple of toys.

After getting Easter baskets and eating breakfast we went overe to my parents house. At first we just visited, then we went and did family pictures. We did family pictures at a place near my parents house (Staheli Catering and the Dance Factory). We had to work around time because Jake worked at 3 and Amber didn't get off until 3:30 so we weren't able to get one with both of them in it, and dad was too tired from many games of umpiring so he didn't go down.

While waiting for Amber we decided to spend time taking random pictures.

After Amber showed up we took some more pictures with her in them.

After taking pictures we went back to my parents house and did an egg hunt for Jessie, Hunter, Austin, and Velocity. Velocity had a blast and didn't want to stop.

After the egg hunt we had a delicios BBQ dinner and then spent time together as a family.
